You will be able to view live turnround progress information via this facility. The data gathered from each turnround is analysed against a number of comparators before the system then calculates an accurate Target Off-Blocks Time (TOBT).
Air Traffic Control at CDM accredited airports can then use this accurate TOBT when issuing Target Start-Up Approval Times (TSAT).
