About ACDM

The Directors of ACDM are Ian Barrie and Ian Avery, who between them have sixty years of experience in the aviation industry.

We have worked for airlines, airports and ground handling agents in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia at operational, management and board level. Both of us have relevant, hands-on experience of managing major contracts, start-ups and I.T. projects, together with the day-to-day management of large workforces.

We understand that budgets are tight and the demands of the CDM project are high, requiring considerable focus. ACDM are aviation professionals, providing effective consultancy and achieving rapid, safe results. We will not waste your time and our service comes at a realistic cost.

	Ian Barrie has held senior roles with major international ground handling companies and a large airport operating group. His management qualifications were gained at Cranfield and York Universities.

	Ian Avery began his career with an international airline before taking up senior positions in ground handling companies in the UK and Europe. Ian is currently undertaking an MSc in Sustainable Aviation.
